The Clairvyn floor plan editor is a CAD-accurate plan editor in the browser for architects. Drag a wall and the rooms on both sides follow; add, split, move and swap rooms, place doors, windows and furniture, type sizes in feet or metres, save versions and export DXF and DWG that open in AutoCAD.

Questions
Can I edit a plan Kozo generated by hand?
Yes. That is what the editor is for. Kozo gets you a complete plan from one brief; the editor lets you make the changes only you know you want, directly on the drawing.
Does editing overwrite my plan?
No. Saving creates a new version in the chat, so every earlier version stays one click away.
Can I type sizes in feet and inches?
Yes. Select a room and type its width or depth in metres or feet, for example 3.5 m or 11' 6". The wall moves to match.
What happens to furniture when a room changes?
Furniture against a moved wall moves with it, and sets such as dining chairs grow or shrink with the room. Any piece can be resized from half to double its size.
What files do I get?
A DXF and a DWG for AutoCAD and other CAD software, and a PNG, drawn from your edited plan with rooms, dimensions, doors, windows and furniture on their own layers.
